What are The Wind & 7Es ?

The Wind is the philosophy of our management.

 

The Wind has another meaning as Trade Wind. European & US countries are in the West, and Japan is in the East on the globe. Our business is like Trade Wind blowing from the West to the East in order to bring Western culture into Japanese culture. This concept of The Wind is our everlasting spirit and mission since 1958.

 

On 2001/12/28, The Wind was registered as our trademark, and on 2004/07/01, we put the name The Wind to our web shop.

 

7Es are our business principles. On 2020/12/25, we settled ❄snow crystal as our corporate emblem which has one center and 6 twigs meaning 7Es, and ❄snow crystal is the typical symbol of the nature and the environment as well.

風には貿易風の意味があります。欧米諸国は地球上で西に位置し、日本は東に位置します。私たちのビジネスは、西の文化を日本の文化に伝えるために西から東に向けて吹く貿易風のようなもので、1958年貿易商社として創業以来The Windのコンセプトは、私たちの永遠のスピリットとミッションを表現し続けています。

 

2001年12月28日The Windを商標登録し、2004年７月１日The Windを私たちのWEBショップの名前に採用致しました。

 

７Es は私たちがビジネスを行う指針です。2020年12月25日、１つの中心と６本の小枝からなる❄雪の結晶を７Esを表現する形として社章に制定致しました。同時に❄雪の結晶は自然と環境の象徴でもあります。
